Understanding the Business Model & Value Canvas (Hybrid Event)

22nd February 2023 @ 13:00 pm - 14:00 pm

Having and creating a good ‘Business Model Canvas’ can really help your business grow and succeed. Learn how to create or improve your Business Model Canvas.

The Business Model Canvas is key to business planning and success, it is a strategic management tool that gives you a visual representation of a business model. It helps business owners have a better understanding of their business and make beneficial adjustments where necessary. While the Value Proposition Canvas narrows the Business Model Canvas down to its value proposition and explains the gains, pains, and jobs of the customer and how the business can tackle them.

During this 1-hour seminar, we will go over the following:

  • The definition of Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas with practical examples
  • How to apply them in business planning and analysis
  • Explaining the core functions of a business
