Spring is a time for us all to think about our health and wellbeing – not just at home but at work too and to adopt new healthy habits.

About Laura

Laura Wood , Health Improvement Specialist – Workplace Wellbeing, worked in public health for 7 years and 3 years previous in sport and leisure. Laura has the following qualifications: Public Health qualifications in Health Behaviour Change and Health Improvement; Degree in Sport and Leisure Management; Qualifications in Nutrition and Health; Sports Coach, Management and Trainer.

This webinar will be held on Zoom. Once you’ve registered, you will receive the joining instructions before the event.
